What is the payment process like?

• General projects will have a down payment of 1/3 of the cost of the project and the other 2/3 will be paid on completion. This is based on the project, 6 and 12 month same as cash. We also take credit (MasterCard and Visa only). Click here for our financing page.

How long will it take to complete my home remodel or home renovation project?

• Generally windows, roofing, doors, and gutters can be completed in 1-2 days. Siding and decks usually take a week. Schedule an estimate to find out exactly how long your project will take.

Who handles the design and architectural work?

• A certified project manager that you will get to meet once an estimate has been set.

Do you charge for designs?

• Designs are FREE when you choose us to complete your project. Our designs are on sale for purchase if you were interested in just designs.

How is my project supervised?

• A project manager will make sure the project gets complete and a Foreman will also be in charge of overseeing all building. If formation on your project will be given to you from them on a need to know basis.

Does someone need to be home during the day when we are under construction?

• For exterior projects such as siding & trim, roofing & gutters, and decks & patios there is no need for someone to be home during the project. For interior projects such as windows & doors, kitchen & baths, and flooring & paint will require someone to be in the home to let the workers into your home.
