This is to certify that all installation services provided by HomeWork Remodeling, Inc. are performed by fully licensed professionals. Installation services are warranted against workmanship under normal use and service for each component described in this warranty during the period of time stated and subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty:

Materials used during installation are generally warranted under the manufacturer. Please check to see your manufacturers warranty to review coverage.

Vinyl Extrusion: Lifetime Warranty: Vinyl main frame and vinyl sash frame are warranted not to pit, corrode, peel, flake or blister from installation. If there is any damage to any Vinyl Extrusions due to improper installation, HomeWork Remodeling, Inc. will cover 100% of the cost of installation. If there are damages in material due to defects or imperfections, caused by the manufacturer, HomeWork Remodeling, Inc. will cover 100% of the installation costs due to replacement of the defective material.

Insulated Glass: Lifetime Warranty: Insulated glass is warranted against failure of the unit for material obstruction of vision from film formations, dust collection or condensation between the interior glass surfaces caused y failure of the seal. If these conditions occur due to improper installation, HomeWork Remodeling, Inc will cover 100% of the cost of installation. If there are damages in material due to defects or imperfections, caused by the manufacturer, HomeWork Remodeling, Inc. will cover 100% of the installation costs due to replacement of the defective material.

Component Mechanical Parts: Lifetime Warranty: Locks, keepers, pivots, and balances are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years. If there is damage to the mechanical parts due to improper installation, HomeWork Remodeling, Inc. will cover 100% of the costs of installation. If there are damages in material due to defects or imperfections, caused by the manufacturer, HomeWork Remodeling, Inc. will cover 100% of the installation costs due to replacement of the defective material.

General Provisions: This extended warranty is extended to the original homeowner. This warranty does not provide for replacement materials due to abuse, acts of God, atmospheric conditions, strain applied by building movement or fire deterioration, not does it apply should paint, enamel, varnish or other harmful compounds be used. Glass and screen breakage is covered only under conditions caused by the improper installation. Breakages due to physical harm, accidental or purposely, are not covered under any circumstances.
Condensation on windows is the natural result of moisture in the house, and does not indicate a faulty installation or product defect. Changes in the temperature and humidity may create temporary conditions of condensations. HomeWork Remodeling, Inc. cannot in all honesty make any guarantees regarding condensation, except on insulated glass.
Except as herein stated HomeWork Remodeling, Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied and is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect.
